Alternative Crypto Investments Inc. d/b/a AltC Studio ("AltC Studio," "we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes our data practices for the HalalCoin app (the "App").

Non-Custodial Wallet

The HalalCoin app is a non-custodial wallet. This means that we do not store, manage, or have access to your private key. It is entirely your responsibility to securely store and protect your private key. If you lose access to your private key, we cannot recover it for you, and you may permanently lose access to your funds.

We do not collect personally identifiable information (PII) directly. However, certain third-party services we use may collect limited information as described below:

Analytics Service

We use an analytics service to better understand how you interact with the app. This service collects usage data such as interactions, app navigation, and your country of access. This data is used to analyze user behavior and improve the functionality and user experience of our app.

Transak

Our app integrates with Transak for payment processing. Transak collects and securely stores your personal information and financial data required to process payments. Sentry

We use Sentry to monitor and identify bugs and app crashes. Sentry collects diagnostic information, including device details, operating system version, and error logs to help us quickly resolve technical issues. Data collected by Sentry is anonymous and does not include identifiable personal data. Thus, there's no mechanism for specific user deletion required or possible. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not directly collect personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, phone number, or physical address. Any personally identifiable information necessary for on and off-ramp transactions is collected and stored exclusively by Transak.

We do not link your wallet to any app version, phone, or any other identifier beyond the wallet itself.

Transaction Information

We retain a record of transactions, the state of the wallet at the time of the transaction, and any associated memos made through your wallet. These transactions and memos can be linked to your wallet. Memos included with transactions are visible only to you, the transaction recipient, us, and third-party servers facilitating the transactions.

Communications

If you contact us via email, we retain your communications as part of our records. We use paid third-party email providers who securely manage these communications according to industry standards.

Delete My Data

The app provides a 'Delete My Data' button, which will:

• Initiate requests to delete your data from all third-party services, including analytics, Transak, and any other services that store your data.
• Delete your transactions and memos from our service.

Important: If you use this functionality and later migrate to another phone, your user experience may be impacted, as previously collected data will no longer be available.

Additionally, there is a 'Remove Account' button that allows you to remove your account from the current device without deleting any data. This ensures that your account can still be accessed on another device if you choose to reinstall the app.

Cookies and Tracking

Our analytics and crash reporting provider may utilize device identifiers or similar tracking technologies to track user interactions, generate analytical insights, and diagnose and resolve errors, crashes, or technical issues.

How We Use the Information Collected

We use collected data solely for:

• Improving user experience and application performance
• Analyzing usage and identifying trends or potential app improvements
• Diagnosing and resolving errors, crashes, or technical issues through Sentry
• Facilitating secure on and off-ramp transactions through Transak
• Maintaining transaction records and memos for app functionality and user reference

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not share your personal information with any third parties other than the limited use of third-party services detailed above (Analytics, Transak, Sentry, and email providers). We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Bitcoin and Blockchain Privacy

Bitcoin and blockchain technology have inherent privacy considerations. Transaction data, once recorded on the blockchain, is public and immutable. Users should be aware that blockchain transactions may reveal wallet information, transaction amounts, and transaction history.

Data Storage and Security

Our analytics service, Sentry, Transak, and our email providers securely store your data and usage information according to their privacy practices.

Our app backend uses Firebase services and is subject to their security practices.

Data Retention

We retain analytics, crash data, and communications only as long as needed for the purposes described above. Data held by Transak, our analytics provider, Sentry, and email providers is governed by their respective data retention policies.

Access, Correct, or Delete Information

As we do not hold identifiable personal information, requests to access, correct, or delete personal data should be directed to Transak (for payment data) or our analytics provider for user analytics profiles. Intended Audience

The HalalCoin app is intended solely for use by individuals located in the United States.

Children's Privacy

Our services are intended exclusively for individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect or store data from minors under the age of 18. If we discover inadvertently-collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. Changes will be posted on our website and in the app, with the "Effective Date" at the top updated accordingly. Please review our Privacy Policy regularly to remain informed about our data practices.
